The transfer window is yet not over as Kumasi branch of Multimedia Group is on the verge of making the biggest singing of three sports analysis in Kumasi.
Some infos we gather indicates that three former sports presenters Collins Atta Poku (Sports Bishop of Kessben), Kwabena Obeng Afriyie (OB Trice of silver FM) and Bismark Owusu Bempah (Ayala of Adehye FM) all on their way out from their current station and are set to join multimedia group “Nhyira FM”.
This move will be a sort of reunion for these former presenters from Metro FM.
We gathered that Nhyira FM are going the extra mile to get the signatures of these three trio to replace the departing sports analysis the two brothers Samuel Acheampong and Richard Acheampong, plus Christian Adusei who are joining Oyerepa FM.
Atta Poku has verbally informed his bosses of his intent to leave as talks between multimedia group and his advanced.
However, Kessben media management are not happy of Atta Poku’s intent to leave and have told him in no uncertain terms that they will not grant him his desire to leave, a position strongly held by CEO Mr Kwabena Kesse and Joe Lakka, who both see him as integral part of what they are doing currently.
It is understood that they have dismissed the possibility of accepting a formal resignation letter as well.
Multimedia group on the other hand believe they have done enough to convince Atta Poku the sports Bishop, OB Trice and Ayala to join them.
As it stands, it is believes the three former metro FM guys will be reunited to work with Bright Kankam Boadu at Nhyira FM next month barring any last-minute twist.
