41st IRAWMA: Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy compete for the title of “Best African Dancehall Entertainer”

Two heavyweights Ghanaian artistes Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale has been tight in the Best African Dancehall Entertainer for the 41st International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA).
The two rivals will battle colleagues musicians like Patoranking (Nigeria), Redsan – (Kenya), Star Zee (Sierra Leone) and Winky D. (Zimbabwe/South Africa).
With a total of 150 nominees in 39 categories named, Masicka, Sean Paul & Teejay, with 7 nods; Byron Messia, Burna Boy and PopCaan 5 nods; Dexta Daps, Spice and Valiant 4 nods; Beenie Man, Chronic Law, Koffee, D’Angel, Mavado, Davido, 450 & Pablo YG 3 nods lead the list of nominees for the 41st Annual International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA).
Other Ghanaian nominees include DJ Switch, who was nominated in the Best Teen Entertainer (13-19 yrs. old) category.
Uptek Dance Academy also secured a nomination in the Most Outstanding Dance Group category.
