ABN releases official statement on Kofi Adomah’s recent shooting incident

The management of Angel Broadcasting Network, operators of Angel FM Accra, Angel TV, and other stations across the country, has released an official statement regarding the recent shooting incident involving their presenter, Kofi Adomah.
This comes after a social media post by veteran media practitioner Afia Pokua, with Despite Media, claiming that Kofi Adomah her former colleague at Adom FM was shot in the eye.
The post generated widespread controversy online. Mrs. Miracle wife of Kofi Adomah, later confirmed the incident in a video.
Angel Broadcasting Network has now issued an official statement addressing the current state of their presenter.

Angel Broadcasting Network announce that our Director of News Dept, Kofi Adomah is indisposed and has been hospitalized.
The renowned broadcaster has suffered a life-threatening injury after being shot in the face.
The dastardly act occurred in Dormaa Ahenkro during his coverage of the Kwafie Festival in December 2024
The management of Angel FM has obtained exclusive footages of the unfortunate incident and persons behind the act.
The videos will air for the first time on the Angel Morning show on Wednesday, 22nd January 2025, particularly to clear the misinformation and controversy surrounding the incident.
We wish Kofi the best in his recovery and ask for prayers for him and his family during these difficult times.
