“Makomati” also describes the feeling of alienation Africans in the diaspora face when they return home to their native lands and the racial tensions they face while living abroad. It also makes mention of the political scene in Ghana and how the leaders of the country have not done much for the country and its citizens.

Track 2 on the EP titled “blacK jacK” incorporates a blend of rock and hip-hop music with a touch of EDM. “blacK jacK” defines the artist’s length and stretch of songwriting skills he possesses.

He explains how he is willing to exceed greater heights of expectations of himself with the urge to break boundaries which have not yet been set and creating his own rules along the journey to
stardom and beyond.

Track 3- “Location” is an Afrobeats single which reveals the erotic nature of 21st-century relationships. The catchy hook in the lyrics “Send me your location” defines how eager both genders are to set up a meet-up and the adventurous nature of modern-day relationships.

Track 4 on the EP, which is the lead single on the EP – “Super Hero,” embodies Afrobeats and Amapiano music.

“Super Hero” identifies how sensational and industrious Manni B really is as a songwriter and musician. It delves into the Nigerian Afrobeats scene with a touch of Amapiano and Makosa. The beat was produced by PP Blaq, and vocals were recorded by Jajji of New Wave Studios in Reading, UK. The masterpiece was mixed and mastered by both producers.

Track 5 – “Alcohol,” also an Afrobeats single recorded in Ghana, was produced, mixed, and mastered by PP Blaq. The song defines the stress that all individuals are going through in these trying times, where everyone is facing some sort of crisis and using substances to control their stress levels. “Alcohol” encourages the individual to persevere, no matter how hard life hits you, as problems are always present no matter where you are in life, but life is lived only once.

Track 6 and the final song on this body of art is “Conscience,” which artist Manni B defines as the road to his next body of work, “Solace EP,” dedicated to his late brother, the Late Chief of Banso, Nana Komfo Amo II (Prince Ekow Bonney), also known as Smart, CEO of iCODEGH and Bonney Group Of Companies.

“Conscience” is a song Manni B wrote out of pain and sorrow during the events of his brother’s burial ceremony weekend.

He shares his thoughts of guilt and regret in the song, confessing sins to the creator and his loved ones. He ends the song solidifying his hope and aspirations as a winner who is bound for something greater with the quote “Que Sera Sera – whatever will be, will be.”
In this context, he states with a firm notion that he is bound for greater heights and no matter what happens, destiny holds the larger end of the stick and his will definitely be fulfilled.
