Nana Agradaa has reiterated that she has not received any writ of summons from gospel singer Empress Gifty.
This development comes after a writ of summons purportedly from Empress Gifty went viral on May 21, 2025, seeking GH₵20 million from Nana Agradaa for deformation.
The writ alleges that Nana Agradaa made damaging claims about Empress Gifty during a live social media broadcast on May 13, 2025, including accusations of promiscuity, zoophilia, and adultery.

In response, Nana Agradaa, also known as Evangelist Mama Pat, stated on Adom FM’s Work and Happiness show that she has not been officially served with any court documents.
Read words, “When someone sues another person in court, the person being sued needs to be handed over the writ of summons. As I speak to you, nobody has served me any court letter, so I don’t know the court summon you are talking about.”
She added that she only hears about the lawsuit through social media and stressed that she would only respond if properly served.
“If anybody has an issue with me, I stay at Weija in Accra. In law, you need to come serve me the writ of summons. Somebody can print out something and put it on social media for trends,” Nana Agradaa said.
She challenged Empress Gifty to serve the writ officially, saying, “If Empress has the guts to serve me the writ of summons, she is welcome.”
