Choirmaster, a member of the Ghanaian defunct music group Praye, has alleged that former manager Kiki Banson was responsible for the group’s collapse.

The singer asserted that the group’s demise was a result of their former manager’s failure to provide adequate support for their growth.

In an interview with Nana Romeo on Okay FM’s Ekwanso Dwoodwoo, he disclosed that Kiki’s contribution was inadequate.

He remarked, “Kiki was the reason behind the downfall of the group, Praye. He did not contribute any tangible work to support the group.

Praye was already loud before he joined; we had Angelina banging on the street and other projects.”

Prior to his arrival, we were making progress, but following his integration, our performance began to deteriorate.

He was expected to contribute significantly, given the high expectations placed upon him by ourselves and others.

Unfortunately, he failed to elevate the group as anticipated.
