A rift has developed between Stonebwoy’s former associate, MC Portfolio, and Vida Adutwumwaa Boateng, the current Head of Public Relation (PR) at Burniton Music Group.
MC Portfolio had actively supported Stonebwoy’s win at the 2024 Telecel Ghana Music Awards, but is now backing King Paluta in the same category.
Sources indicate that MC Portfolio is disgruntled after being overlooked for the Head of PR position at Burniton Music, which was given to Vivid instead.
In an interview with DJ Slim, Vida revealed that Portfolio alleges some officials at Stonebwoy’s camp are hostile towards him because of his support for a different artist.
Additionally, Vida disclosed that Portfolio is not involved in their “Any Other Businesses” (AOB) at the Bhim Camp.
