VIDEO: Kweku Darlington rates Rapper Ko-Jo Cue same as US Legend

Ghanaian recording artiste Kweku Darlington has showered massive praises on award-winning rapper Ko-Jo Cue, likening him to American Hip-hop legend Nas.
According to Kweku Darlington, the level at which Americans revere Nas is the same level he sees Ko-Jo Cue in Ghana’s rap space.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with popular media personality Mr Berry on
#1069Connect on Ultimate 106.9 FM in Kumasi, the “Sika Aba Fie” hitmaker described Ko-Jo Cue as an incredibly intelligent rapper.

“Ko-Jo Cue is very intelligent. The way Americans see Nas is how I see Ko-Jo Cue. His pen is deep, his content is timeless,” he stated.
Kweku Darlington, who is known for his authentic storytelling and inspirational music, emphasized that Ko-Jo Cue does not get the massive recognition he deserves despite his lyrical depth and consistency over the years.
Ko-Jo Cue, a former member of the defunct group P.O.N (The Preachers Of Noize), has built a solid reputation as one of the most lyrically gifted rappers in Ghana with projects like “For My Brothers” and “Pen & Paper”.
Ko-Jo Cue, is a Ghanaian Hip-Hop/Afro-Pop artiste from Kumasi, Ashanti Region known in private life as Linford Kennedy Amankwaa.
Ko-Jo Cue have songs like Fruit of the Womb (ft. Jiire Smith), Tontonte ft Arathejay and Ofori Amponsah, Abebrese ft. Fameye, Ko-Jo Cue – Bantama Blues 3 etc.
Fans have since reacted to Kweku Darlington’s comparison, with many agreeing that Ko-Jo Cue is indeed one of Ghana’s most underrated rap greats.
