–Multimedia Giant Adds Bismark Brown ‘BB’ & Akosua High Tension to Flagship Morning Show-
Adom TV, a subsidiary of Multimedia Group Limited, has taken a bold step to spice up its flagship and award-winning morning show Badwam.
Information reaching SIRKENN MEDIA GROUP confirms that the popular morning political show will soon witness fresh faces and new energy.
TWO NEW VOICES, SAME SHOW
The show which is currently hosted by Akwasi Nsiah and Afia Amankwah Tamakloe is adding two heavyweights:
- Veteran Bismark Brown, popularly known as BB
- Akosua Agyeiwaa, aka Akosua High Tension
Viewers will soon watch and hear these two new voices together with some of the regular faces.
WHAT’S CHANGING?
Our checks revealed that regular host Akwasi Nsiah has been reassigned to another strategic show within the Multimedia Group, paving the way for veteran “BB” to step in as the new face of Badwam.
BB brings years of experience, deep political insight, and a calm but firm delivery that many viewers have missed on TV.
For High Tension, she will join Afia Amankwah Tamakloe on the female side to educate, inform and entertain viewers with a fresh perspective, lifestyle and relatable issues.
SPORTS & MORE STILL INTACT
For sports lovers, no worries. Kegyiwaa Nankasa will still present his usual energetic sports segment together with other presenters handling their various segments.
The producers say the format remains intact but with more spice, more debates, and more viewer engagement.

WHO IS BISMARK BROWN ‘BB’?
Bismark Brown, popularly known as BB, is not a new name in Ghanaian broadcasting. He has spent close to two decades behind the microphone and in front of the camera.
His Journey:
- He made waves as the host of “Breakfast TV” on e.TV Ghana, where his calm delivery and sharp analysis won him a loyal morning audience.
- He later became a household name at Atinka TV, where he fronted the popular morning show “Ghana Nie” and the hard-hitting political programme “Hot Off The Press”.
- From Accra, he moved to Kumasi to join Oyerepa TV, where he continued to dominate the morning conversation.
- Most recently, he was with Happy FM, where he hosted the current affairs show “Epa Hoa Daben”, dissecting politics and social issues.
BB is known for his deep understanding of Ghanaian politics, his ability to hold politicians accountable without shouting, and his veteran touch that brings credibility to any platform. His addition to Badwam is a big catch for Adom TV.
WHO IS AKOSUA HIGH TENSION?
Akosua High Tension, whose real name is Cecilia Akosua Agyeiwaa Bonsu, is one of Ghana’s most prominent Akan-language female broadcasters.
Her Journey:
- She started her career in Kumasi at Otec FM and Ash FM, where she learned the art of connecting with the grassroots.
- In 2015, she joined Atinka Media (Atinka FM/TV) and rose to national fame as the host of the socio-cultural show “Efisem”.
- Efisem discusses pertinent social issues — marriage, relationships, parenting, chieftaincy, spirituality — with a rotating panel of marriage counsellors, life coaches, chiefs and queen mothers, parents, pastors, and more. It became a staple for many homes.
- Her style is bold, relatable, and very educational — which is why many call her “High Tension”.

She brings a strong female voice, cultural depth, and a massive women’s audience to Badwam. Together with Afua Amankwah Tamakloe, they are set to make the female segment of Badwam even stronger.
