The competition to dominate the airwaves in the sporting field persists in the Ashanti Region, particularly in Kumasi.
Radio stations in Kumasi consistently recruit new personnel. Well, Kumasi-based Ezra Radio and Television station is scheduled to introduce a new voice to their sports coverage: David Osei, better known as Escaldo.
SIR KENN, in an exclusive chat with the aforementioned name, revealed that they have reached personal terms with Ezra Communication.
The sports pundit, known for his innovative approach, is expected to provide listeners and viewers of both stations with in-depth sports analysis in the coming days, once he has completed his current commitments.
Escaldo’s got a solid media background, commencing at All-Friends FM and then moving to Bohy3 FM. After that, he hopped over to Radio Mercury, then FOX FM, and most recently, Precise FM—all in Kumasi.
Escaldo is poised to commence a collaborative effort with two prominent figures in the realm of sports broadcasting: his former superior at Precise FM, Little King, who currently presides over the Ezra sports team, and his former colleague at Fox FM, Principal, who is also a member of the Ezra sports team.
The aforementioned team will be further strengthened by the expertise of Darling Boy Piero, a seasoned sports producer, and De Crusader, who has to rejoin Ezra Sports as a sports pundit.
In anticipation of these developments, Escaldo has been commended for his forthcoming contributions.

Starting in May, the Ezra sports show will air from 7:00 am to 7:40 am every morning and from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on weekdays.
