Afua Asantewaa‘s Sing-a-Thon, an attempt to break the Guinness World Record, has officially kicked off.
The Ghanaian-born singer is expected to break the longest singing marathon by an individual, which lasted 105 hours.
The marathon kicked off exactly at 12:00 a.m. today, Sunday, December 24th, 2023.
Miss Asantewaa has promised to perform strictly local music throughout her record-breaking attempt, which she says is an opportunity to sell amazing Ghanaian music to the world.
