Roro goes hard on Ghana Music Awards board

Award-winning Ghanaian music producer and sound engineer Roro has lost his cool with the organizers of the annual Ghana Music Awards.

His anger is as a result of his artist Great Ampong‘s song “Style Bia Bi,” which failed to get nominations hours after they released the final nominees for the 25th edition of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards, formerly the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

Both the gospel artist and gospel song of the year, Ampong’s style bia bi, were out.

Registering his disappointment in the board or organisers of the event he accused them of always favoring their own people than nominating qualified artiste and songs.

He wrote;

I laugh saaa herrrrrrr Ghana Music Awards de3 if you’re not in their books forget oo(get in their books,cough,get nominated and even win).so you guys mean all the artists in the gospel  categories had songs and numbers bigger than  Great Ampong’s style bia bi.herrrr which gospel song in 2023 really started trends and got everybody talking.a song with  millions of  views on YouTube and over a million plays didn’t even qualify to be nominated.😂😂😂😂😂😂.you guys should keep working with emotions.
