Dear Sir,

Re: Order to Suspend Operations

The above matter refers.

We write in response to your letter referenced NCA/FM/790/19 and dated the 12th day of August 2025, regarding the suspension of our broadcasting operations. We would like to clarify that we have fully complied with all the conditions set forth in your earlier correspondence dated the 12th day of June 2025 and referenced NCA/FM/790/16.

On receipt of your letter we took significant steps to address the concerns outlined in
your letter. Specifically, we carried out the following:

1. We have applied for the necessary authorization to operate a Studio-to-Transmitter Link (STL) from NCA. We did this through formal writing and submitted it to your outfit on 30th June, 2025.

2. We obtained a Fire Certificate from the Ghana National Fire Service.

3. We secured the required permit from the Environmental Protection Agency for the
siting of the mast.

4. We settled the outstanding regulatory and spectrum fees amounting to Twenty Two Thousand, Three Hundred and Thirty Ghana Cedis (GHC 22,330.00).

5. We invited the NCA for another inspection, which we facilitated as per the
stipulated timeline.

Given that all the issues highlighted in your previous letters have been addressed, we are currently working with our legal representatives to ensure that all matters related to our operations are handled appropriately.

We respectfully request that you review our compliance status and reconsider the
suspension of our broadcasting license.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to your prompt
response.

Yours faithfully,

Signed

Chris Joe Quaicoe,
General Manager
