Renowned Ghanaian musician, Guru NKZ, has made it clear that he doesn’t harbor presidential ambitions, but instead, wants to leave a lasting legacy.

Guru faced criticism and was initially disqualified from the race due to his non-resident status, a violation of the university’s rules. However, he didn’t let this setback deter him. He filed a petition against the University of Ghana’s SRC Electoral Commission and eventually won his appeal, reinstating him in the presidential race.
During his campaign, Guru emphasized his motivation for running, citing the numerous challenges faced by University of Ghana students. He centered his campaign around advocating for student welfare and urging university stakeholders to address the harsh realities students encounter on campus.
