MC Portfolio offers explanation for King Paluta’s ‘Artist of the Year Award’ loss

Well-known Master of Ceremony and media personality MC Portfolio has provided insight into King Paluta‘s failure to win the Artist of the Year award at the 26th edition of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards.

The renowned MC, who also serves as the Public Relations Officer for the Aseda composer, financial issues and political ties were significant factors in the loss. He also implicated the “Kumasi agenda” in the outcome.

Ultimately, King Promise claimed the top honor as the Artist of the Year, outdoing King Paluta, Kweku Smoke, Stonebwoy, Team Eternity, and Joe Mettle.

King Paluta also won the Telecel most popular song of the year with his Aseda track and best highlife song with the same Aseda.
