Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, the Communications Minister and Ablekuma West Member of Parliament, has come under fire from Ghanaian singer and musician Efya.
This comes after the minister said that the Anti-LGBT Bill’s prohibition of sex toys will unintentionally harm heterosexual couples who use sex toys to improve their sex lives.
The Minister pointed out that if the house intends to make sex toys illegal, Parliament must make it plain that the Bill targets sex toy users as well as members of the LGBT community.

Mrs. Owusu-Ekuful demanded that the clause be removed right now.
Clause 3(c) of the Bill prohibits sexual intercourse between a man and an inanimate object or between a woman and an inanimate object.
Reacting to the whole brouhaha Efya, believe is a classic case of misplaced priority.
On X formerly twitter she wrote;
“How does any of this help with the inflation we are dealing with..!! It’s like we hate ourselves in this country..!! WHYYYYY !!!.”
