Akosua Ago Aboagye has bid farewell to Despite Media Group, marking the end of her two-decade association with the operator of Peace 104.3 FM, Okay FM, United Television (UTV), and other stations.
She confirmed this on her Facebook post, ending speculation that began several months ago.
The seasoned broadcaster thanked Despite Media and her faithful followers.

Today, I invite you all to join me in expressing a heartfelt thank you to Despite Media for two incredible decades of experience, support, and love that I have received during my time here. It is with a mix of emotions that I announce my official resignation from Despite Media.
I am deeply grateful for each of you who has followed my journey and supported my brand. Your encouragement has been invaluable, and I truly appreciate you all. May God bless you abundantly for the kindness you have shown me.
