A media war has emerged between two Kumasi-based radio stations, Precise FM and Ezra FM, and a television station.
This conflict stems from Ezra FM’s recent unveiling of Precise FM sports broadcaster David Osei, popularly known as Escaldo.
According to an informed source, Ezra FM and television have yet to remunerate Escaldo for his services. However, they have officially unveiled him to the public. This development has caused dissatisfaction within his current station.
As a result, they have offered to pay the same amount that the owners of Ezra Communications are willing to pay to Escaldo.
Furthermore, our investigative findings have indicated that the individual at the core of this matter also harbors discontent regarding the situation.
Escaldo is one of four sports broadcasters announced by the media entity on their social media platforms. The others include Little King, formerly of Sompa FM/TVS, Principal, formerly of Fox FM; and Akoto Frimpong, also known as Saint Jude.
