Prominent Ghanaian broadcaster Kafui Dey has officially parted ways with GTV Ghana, a subsidiary of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation.
Kafui, who has built a reputation in the media industry for over two decades, spent four years hosting the station’s flagship breakfast show on weekdays.
He announced his departure on social media, expressing gratitude to the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, the Director-General, his co-presenters, producers, directors, crew members, the social media team, and guests who appeared on his show.
He wrote;

After 4 incredible years, IT IS TIME.
Today, I step away from #GTVBreakfast-a
journey that began on August 2nd, 2021.
l’m grateful to the Ghana Broadcasting
Corporation, the Director-General, my amazing co-presenters, producers, directors, crew, the social media team, and every single guest who shared our mornings.
To all who supported methank you. For the
highs, the lows, and the memories, l’m truly
thankful. If I ever offended anyone, please
forgive me.
This isn’t goodbye. Just the end of a chapter. I believe our paths will cross again-and when they do, we will create even more beautiful memories.
