Afi Hemaa, a well-known newscaster at Angel FM in Kumasi, has officially resigned from her position.
According to her, she made this decision due to fourteen months of unpaid salaries.
In her resignation letter, she stated that she had encountered difficulties, particularly as a mother without a salary.
She appreciated the management of the station for giving her the chance to hone her talent.
Angel FM 96.1mhz in Kumasi functions as a subsidiary of the Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN), alongside other prominent stations such as Angel FM and TV in Accra, Pure FM in Kumasi, Angel FM in Sunyani, Taste FM, and Angel FM Tamale, among others nationwide.
