Ghanaian music producer Uncle Fredyma burst into tears as he showered praise on actress Nana Ama McBrown for her impact on his life.
The actress who doubles as Onua Showtime host made a return to the show on Sunday, August 24, 2025, following a short medical break.
Nana Ama McBrown left the show to undergo her fifth round of hand surgery as she sustained severe injuries after her January 2013 accident.

The triumphant return to the show as part of the celebrations surrounding her 47th birthday.
Following her return, Veteran Ghanaian producer, Fred Kyei Mensah, praised her return.
He opened up about her impact on the lives of many and recounted that she once saved his life by helping him when he was at his lowest.
According to Kyei Mensah, he lost everything he owned during the pandemic session and was starving with no money to his name until Nana Ama McBrown heeded his cry for help.
“During Pandemic, a flood destroyed all my properties. I had nothing; I was literally starving and had no money. I was crying. I went through my contacts on my phone and sent McBrown a message that if she does not help me today, I’ll die,” he said.
He then broke down in tears at that point as he recalled how Nana Ama McBrown came to his aid.
“In response to my text, she sent me GH₵ 2,000. If it weren’t for that money, I would not be here today. Later, I met her at an event in East Legon. She told me that she has something else planned for me. I was later called to be a panellist on Onua Showtime, and I have been doing that job till now. The impact that you have made in people’s lives, you have no idea.”
