Ghana Black Stars assistant coach John Paintsil has spoken after they survived a road accident earlier today.

John, together with Coach Otto Addo and Goalkeepers Trainer Fatawu Dauda, went for an official assignment to witness the Champion of Champions clash between FC Samartex 1996 and Nsoatreman FC.

On their way back to Accra, their vehicle, a Land Cruiser with registration number GR 6521-21, avoided a head-on collision with a pickup truck, which veered off into its lane with some damage to the vehicle.

The former Black Stars player in a statement went hard on the driver, using unprinted words on him.

According to a report by the GFA all three members of the technical team are in stable condition and will undergo further medical assessments as a precautionary measure upon their return to Accra.
